Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund
  
• Coordinate with HR for inputs related to attendance, leave, new joiners, resignations, increments, and variable pay
  
• Maintain payroll records and employee data with confidentiality
  
• Handle full and final settlements, bonus calculations, gratuity, and other separation-related payouts
  
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and generate necessary reports for management
  
• Liaise with external payroll vendors or software service providers (if applicable)
  
• Prepare and file statutory returns (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) within deadlines
  
• Assist in audits by providing payroll data and documentation
  
• Address employee queries related to payroll, payslips, taxation, and deductions
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance in India
  
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/payroll software (Tally, Zoho Payroll, SAP, etc.)
  
• Analytical and detail-oriented
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills
  
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
