Finance Executive Donor Projects - NGO

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive at Lighthouse Communities based in Aundh, Pune, you will play a crucial role in managing utilization certificates and ensuring effective fund allocation across various Lighthouses. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with internal teams, maintaining financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with donor financial reporting guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and verify utilization certificates for donor funding. - Track and ensure proper allocation and utilization of funds across Lighthouses. - Collaborate with finance and program teams to maintain accurate financial records. - Ensure compliance with donor financial reporting guidelines. - Develop periodic reports on fund utilization for internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in audits and financial reviews related to donor funding. - Support donor communication by providing clear and structured financial data. - Work closely with senior management to optimize financial resource allocation. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in financial management or fund utilization. - Prior experience in NGOs, CSR funding, or social impact organizations preferred.
