Finance Coordinator

You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA Finance to be considered for this position. As the Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) Specialist, your key responsibilities will include managing Bank Guarantee processes such as preparing and processing applications in alignment with company policies, monitoring BG validity, ensuring timely renewals, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for reconciling BG transactions, ensuring compliance with banking terms, and handling Letter of Credit tasks for international and domestic trade by preparing and processing LCs, monitoring limits, amendments, and expiry dates. Your role will involve coordination with banks to address BG and LC-related queries, approvals, and discrepancies, as well as negotiating terms and conditions to optimize costs and minimize risks. It is crucial to ensure that all BG and LC documentation complies with regulatory and company standards, maintaining detailed records of transactions, approvals, and supporting documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial reconciliation, preparing reports on BG/LC utilization, outstanding obligations, related costs, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to maintain financial stability. Collaboration with procurement, sales, and operations teams is essential to ensure the smooth execution of contracts involving BGs and LCs. Providing financial guidance on BG and LC requirements for new and ongoing projects, suggesting process improvements, staying updated with industry practices, trade finance regulations, and banking policies will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.
