Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal & Compliance Officer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal matters, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal issues. The officer will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the organization’s adherence to laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Law and Regulatory Compliance
• Experience with Legal Document Preparation and Legal Compliance
• Ability to handle and resolve Legal Issues effectively
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
• CS or CA qualification; a law degree is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role in the finance or investment industry is advantageous
