Finance Cloud Lead

Role Overview: As a Finance Cloud Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, encompassing GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax modules. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance-related requirements. You will provide strategic guidance on finance process improvements by leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, you will offer functional expertise and leadership, conduct fit-gap analysis, create functional design documents, and configure applications accordingly. Additionally, you will work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration and reporting requirements are met. Your responsibilities will also include training and mentoring junior consultants and client team members, as well as managing timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure project success. If experienced, you may also provide support on Project Financial Management or Project Portfolio Management modules for added value. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in ERP/Finance transformation with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud. - Knowledge of Project Financials/PPM is a strong advantage. - Proven experience in leading at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a client-facing, leadership role with cross-functional teams. - Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials is a plus.,
