Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely financial reporting and accounting to reflect precisely the business reality and
adhere to both company standards and local tax/accounting regulations
Reference of business & financial analysis to help P&L leaders analyse their business
autonomously
Be proactive, anticipate and deal with the risks of business activity handled
Involve actively in decision making process, act as a counter-power, give timely alerts andpropose corrective action plan
Seek to optimize your entities expenses using cost break down analysis, improving fixed
costs, and sharing best practises for Export and Import activity.
To manage validation process of international freight invoices by working with
liners/forwarders, internal operations & shared service centre team and solve invoice dispute
within standard time.
To ensure data accuracy in freight invoice management tools by working with zone supply
organiser.
To help export team take decisions in terms of better freight management by analysing key
factors influencing sea and air freight cost.
Requirement
You have a working experience (minimum 1 year up to 3 years) as Finance Analyst/ Economic
Advisor/Financial controller and a minimum qualification of MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1 B-school
You are good at financial modelling, cost management and forecasting
You have good presentation and communication skills
You have team spirit and a strong sense of customer service
You have energy and curiosity to understand and evolve our processes
You are a sport enthusiast
