Finance & Business Ops Executive (Pune – On-site)

We’re a fast-growing IT and consulting company working across multiple domains, startups, and investment-backed ventures. We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive MBA graduate to join our core team and take ownership of financial management and strategic business operations.

As a Finance & Business Operations Executive, you’ll work directly with the founders and play a key role in driving financial decisions, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations across multiple group companies and investments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans
• Conduct financial analysis to support business growth and investment decisions
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings in coordination with CA/finance partners
• Manage SEZ compliance, vendor contracts, and payment approvals
• Evaluate and recommend strategies for cost optimization and revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on financial planning
• Support in fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence when required

Key Skills Required:

• MBA in Finance (mandatory)
• Strong financial acumen and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, SEZ compliance, and corporate finance
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance or Accounting (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or business operations (fresh MBA graduates with exceptional skills may be considered)
• Experience in startup or multi-company environments is a plus
