Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary

Accountant / Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
Handle
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform
bank reconciliations
, ledger scrutiny, and journal entries
Assist in
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Ensure compliance with
Indian statutory requirements
(GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax)
Prepare GST returns and assist during audits
Support basic
US accounting activities
such as:

Invoice processing
Expense tracking
Bank & credit card reconciliations
Understanding of GAAP basics

Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants
Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Commerce, Accounting, Finance
, or related field
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of
Indian accounting practices and taxation
Basic exposure to
US accounting concepts (GAAP preferred)
Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
Proficiency in
MS Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to
US clients or international accounting
Experience working with
Tally/QuickBooks / NetSuite
CA Inter / CMA Inter (added advantage)
