Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. This role involves handling GST, TDS, vendor payments, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with statutory laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting entries and assist in finalization of accounts.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• Prepare MIS reports, maintain records, and work on Excel-based analysis.
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting.
• Handle vendor payments, receivables, reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (FMCG, trading, or distribution preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, compliance, and audits.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and punctual.
