As a Financial Analyst in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, FP&A, GST, variance analysis, cash flow, and IndAS. Your key responsibilities will include the preparation of financial statements, financial planning and analysis, handling GST and taxation matters, and participating in fund-raising activities. The ideal candidate for this position should possess good communication skills and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate sector. A preference will be given to candidates who are CA or MBA holders with over 10 years of experience.
