Job Summary

We are looking for Finance Advisor for Navi Mumbai Location to support investor services and handle day-to-day investor interactions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking to start their career in the financial services industry with a globally recognized organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle investor queries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Provide accurate and timely information related to investor services
• Process service requests as per defined procedures
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Willingness to work from office
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
