Job Description

The Finance Officer / Accounts officer will assist in managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves supporting budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis processes. Role & responsibilities : Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner. • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries. Assist in conducting financial audits and provide necessary documentation. • Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management activities. • Help prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
