Job Location Currently we're located in Sakinaka & re-locating to Thane in next 4-5 months
A Qualified Chartered Accountant will be responsible for end-to-end accounts finalization, audit closure, subsidiary accounting oversight, and tax compliance. The role demands strong analytical capability, hands-on experience in managing international entities, and the ability to drive accurate financial consolidation and statutory reporting.
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 -7 years of post-qualification experience.
* Strong experience in accounts finalization, audit closure, and statutory reporting.
* Hands-on experience managing international subsidiaries and performing group consolidation.
* Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and global accounting practices.
* Proficiency in direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax.
* Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
* Manage statutory, internal, and tax audit closure, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries.
* Handle accounting, reporting, and compliance for international subsidiaries.
* Prepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
* Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, corporate tax filings, and assessments.
* Ensure strong internal controls, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Support management with financial analysis, MIS, and reporting.
