Role Overview

The Finance & Accounts Executive – Taxation & GST will manage end-to-end accounting, GST compliance, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting for real estate projects. The role requires hands-on experience in indirect taxation, statutory compliance, and project-wise accounting.

Key Responsibilities

GST, Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-7, GSTR-9).
• Manage GST input credit and reconciliations.
• Handle TDS deductions, calculations, and returns.
• Ensure compliance with GST and Income Tax laws.

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Record daily accounting entries (AP, AR, JV, receipts, payments).
• Verify vendor bills, contractor payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain project-wise cost allocation and MIS reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Reconciliation & Audit Support

• Perform bank, GST, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist statutory and internal audits.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, and Projects teams.
• Maintain statutory and financial documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
• Experience with Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance (CA Inter preferred).
