We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant with 5-7 years of consulting experience to join our EY-Business Consulting-Finance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Consulting in the finance domain and be able to work on finance functions, including Record to Report processes. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise teams of consultants on project work. Translate business requirements into technical language and model/program them in applications. Conduct finance process assessments, identify pain areas, and develop solutions. Develop and implement Change Management/Performance Improvement initiatives. Collaborate with clients across industries and countries to drive performance improvements. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. ### Job Requirements MBA or Master’s degree in Finance/CA/CFA. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Certification in any financial tool is a plus. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate confident and professional communication style. Proficiency in English (oral and written) is required. Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations. Capability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Experience working with finance functions, including Record to Report processes. Knowledge of Financial Consolidation and Close, Cost Allocation and Finance Planning and Budgeting Processes. Good knowledge of ledger and sub-ledger systems; technical know-how of SAP ERP/HANA, Oracle GL (good to have). Strong accounting skills and understanding of financial reports and statements. Good experience in Chart of accounts design. Should have knowledge of activities in financial close of an organization for month/Quarter/Annual close.
