About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Line Producer to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have on-ground experience working on film sets, be multilingual, and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities with precision. This role involves traveling with the Executive Producer and managing the day-to-day production logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Producer in executing shoot schedules and travel plans
• Arrange accommodation (hotels/lodging) and travel logistics for the crew
• Organize food, transport, and production materials needed on set
• Maintain daily expense tracking and budgeting reports
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and location authorities
• Ensure smooth on-set operations and handle emergencies or delays
• Supervise setup and wrap-up of shoot locations
• Communicate clearly with production team members, cast, and crew

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Line Producer or in a similar role on film sets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil
• Highly organized and good at multitasking
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay on location during shoots
• Basic budgeting and vendor management knowledge
• Candidates from Bangalore, Tamil Nadu, or Madurai preferred
