As a Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) Documentation Specialist, your role involves preparing all necessary documentation for Genuine Temporary Entrant applications. You will be counseling students and parents on GTE requirements of various universities and colleges, assisting them in preparing the required documentation. It is your responsibility to stay updated on a range of study options available in the school, Vocational Education and Training (VET), and higher education sectors. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting face-to-face consultations with prospective students and their parents - Guiding students throughout the entire process, including pre-departure briefings - Assisting in the preparation of GTE statements and relevant documentation - Training students for visa and other interviews as per university procedures - Independently corresponding with stakeholders such as schools, colleges, universities, and immigration offices - Participating in seminars, exhibitions, events, fairs, social media platforms, and live sessions - Proofreading, merging, and formatting documents as needed - Scheduling medical and biometric appointments for various countries and preparing drafts In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you may also be required to actively engage in company seminars, exhibitions, events, fairs, social media platforms, and live sessions.
