We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager. In this role, you will be: As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible to implement Filenet business changes. As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible to own Filenet Product and ensure it is aligned with stakeholders expectation. As a Delivery Manager you will have to maintain knowledge artifacts for all Filenet products. As a Delivery Manager you will have to help team in fixing issues, raising risks and removing blockers. Conduct and participate all agile ceremonies. Serve as advisor, Mentor or coach to mid level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. Work with the team on the technical aspects of customer requirements and help team in implementing new solutions. As a Delivery Manager be aware of new storage technologies as per business need and cascade information to team and junior staff. As a Delivery Manager take complete ownership of your service, resiliency, Risk, delivery, Finance, Recruitment and platform. As a Delivery Manager participate in code reviews and other quality and automation opportunity in the team. As a Delivery Manager conduct team assessment, perform periodic performance reviews and set team and individual goals. Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent. Knowledge of Filenet and awareness of other DAP applications that interacts with Filenet. 2+ years experience as module lead. Awareness of Java, Oracle, GCP and SQL. Awareness of Jenkins, Git, SonarQube. Understanding with DAP component design. Awareness of Database/Procedure/SQL development (any of these DB2 UDB/Oracle/Sybase etc.) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver technical messages to a non technical audience Effective communication, collaboration, team, and presentation skills with a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast moving environment are essential. Ability to guide people to implement the right solution. Aware of DAP product landscape. AWS/GCP Cloud awareness Agile and team management skills. Awareness of tools like Confluence, RTC, JIRA, QC, Test Automation etc.
