Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Figma UI/UX Designer at Insu Creation Private Limited. The primary responsibilities include designing user interfaces and user experiences that are visually appealing and highly functional. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into design solutions, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and conduct usability testing to refine designs. Additionally, the designer will ensure that all deliverables align with branding guidelines and project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and information architecture
• Knowledge of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography
• Understanding of web and mobile design standards, responsiveness, and accessibility
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
