Job Description: Field Officer - Health Claim Investigator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Field Officer to join our team as a Health Claim Investigator. This is a freelance/contract position where you will be responsible for conducting on-site physical verification of medical insurance claims.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:
As a Health Claim Investigator, your core duty is to visit hospitals, nursing homes, or clinics to verify the authenticity of claims. You will be required to confirm patient admission details, the nature of the treatment being provided, and the duration of the stay. This involves coordinating with hospital staff, reviewing relevant documents where permitted, and conducting brief, courteous interactions with patients to confirm medical facts. For each assignment, you must compile a clear, factual, and evidence-based report with supporting photographs.

Key Requirements & Compensation:
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and observation skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently. A smartphone for documentation and a valid mode of local transport are essential. This role offers a flexible, project-based engagement. You will be compensated with a fixed fee per successfully verified and approved case report, along with reimbursements for pre-approved travel expenses.
