You are a skilled and reliable Field Technician who will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining smart locks at client locations. Your role will require frequent travel within the assigned area. You will be performing installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of smart lock systems at customer sites. Additionally, you will conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to promptly identify and resolve technical issues. Ensuring on-time completion of scheduled service visits and maintenance tasks is crucial, as well as providing technical support and training to clients on product usage and features. Maintaining accurate service logs, reports, and documentation is essential to track your work effectively. Your goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution of any complaints that may arise. You will be required to coordinate with the backend support team for parts, service updates, and issue escalation.
