Field Technician

Job Title: Embroidery Machine Service Technician (Installments & Maintenance) Location: TC Palya, Bangalore – SGK Collections Company Overview: SGK Collections by Maguva is a growing embroidery machine sales and service center in Bangalore, specializing in computerized embroidery, beads, zari, and thread work machines. We aim to provide high-quality machines and reliable after-sales support to boutiques, designers, and embroidery studios. Job Responsibilities: Install and set up SGK embroidery machines at customer locations. Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and calibration of machines. Handle customer service visits and troubleshoot technical issues. Demonstrate machine operation and safety to new customers. Maintain service reports and update the sales/service team. Support in machine delivery and testing before dispatch. Coordinate with the sales team for installment or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups. Skills & Requirements: Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Experience with embroidery, sewing, or textile machinery preferred. Ability to handle customer communication in Kannada, Hindi, or English. Willingness to travel locally for installation/service calls. ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred.
