Job Description: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored post-sales software services to local accounts. You will respond to a range of queries and utilize proactive monitoring for issue prevention. Your main goal will be to maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing requirements and resolving issues promptly. Additionally, you will troubleshoot IT infrastructure problems, adhere to standards, support operational plans, and perform assigned tasks under supervision.
