Field Technical Service Executive

You will be working as a Field Technical Service Executive at Apollo Tyres Ltd in Calicut. Reporting to the Regional Field Technical Manager, your role will involve the following major responsibilities: - Claim and complaint management - Providing product feedback to R&D and Sales teams - Conducting Demand Generation Activities - Training both internal and external staff - Keeping abreast of Market Intelligence, including competitor practices and customer service trends - Implementing Marketing and Service Initiatives - Providing Sales support by resolving customer complaints in a timely manner and generating sales through customer activities Your skills should include: - Awareness of Sales Processes and Systems - Knowledge of market assessment and demand estimation techniques - Understanding of mechanisms for brand building, marketing communication, and promotional activities - Strong Product Knowledge To be successful in this role, you should have 4-6 years of relevant experience and hold a B.Tech qualification.
