Field Supervisor/Project Manager

Responsibilities -

• Supervise day-to-day field operations and manage field staff schedules and attendance.
• Act as the key communication link between field teams and office/project management.
• Coordinate delivery and usage of equipment, materials, and resources on-site.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Lead, mentor, and train field personnel to enhance performance and compliance.
• Investigate, address, and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or client concerns promptly.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, project status, and incidents.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders for smooth workflow.
• Enforce quality assurance and safety audits consistently across the site.
• Maintain accurate documentation for operational and compliance purposes.
• Foster teamwork and maintain high morale among field staff through effective leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
