Job Summary

Hearzap is looking for a proactive and responsible FOS / Field Supervisor to manage and monitor field operations across the Ghatkopar to Kalyan region. The candidate will be responsible for supervising field staff, ensuring daily targets are met, and maintaining high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Field Officers (FOS) on a daily basis
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work
• Monitor field activities and maintain productivity and quality standards
• Conduct regular field visits for audits, checks, and support
• Coordinate between field staff and the office team
• Ensure proper reporting and documentation of field activities
• Resolve on-ground issues and escalate when required
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Supervisor / FOS / similar role
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle field pressure
• Familiarity with local areas from Ghatkopar to Kalyan
• Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in field operations, sales, service, or collections
• Local candidate from Mumbai Central/Eastern suburbs preferred
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
