United Medical Solutions, established in 2008, is an authorized Channel Partner for the MINDRAY Ultrasound Division. We specialize in providing the right solutions and unparalleled after-sales and service support for ultrasound and color Doppler equipment. Over the years, we have consistently grown with numerous installations year on year.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Field Service Engineer in the Ultrasound Division. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks that include troubleshooting and providing technical support for ultrasound equipment. Additionally, the engineer will carry out preventive maintenance, and field service, and ensure exceptional customer service to our clients.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Field Service, and Preventive Maintenance tasks.
Skills in Troubleshooting, and providing Technical Support.
Strong commitment to Customer Service.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and on-site in Nagpur.
Previous experience in the medical equipment industry is advantageous.
Degree or certification in a related technical field is preferred.
