Field Service Engineer- Transformer and Digital Services

As a Field Service Engineer at Hitachi Energy, your role will involve providing technical advice to customers, which includes commissioning, installing, and testing products/equipment. You will be responsible for identifying and correcting complex problems during start-up, researching and evaluating new products or equipment upgrades to meet customer needs, and developing ongoing relationships with customers to secure future business. Additionally, you may also resolve implementation problems, troubleshoot issues, and train customers on equipment features.
