Field Service Engineer- Multifunctional Printers

Role Overview: As a Service Engineer, your main responsibility will be to provide onsite technical and customer support for the installation, configuration, key operator training, and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers. You will be required to set up and install new Multifunction Printers, provide routine service and maintenance, troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning printers, and perform timely checks and maintenance of all printing equipment. It is essential to have a good understanding of all hardware and software-related issues of printers to ensure their proper functioning. Moreover, you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment, aiming to promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with the service and products provided. Key Responsibilities: - Provide onsite technical and customer support for Multifunction Printers. - Set up and install new Multifunction Printers. - Perform routine service and maintenance for Multifunction Printers. - Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning Multifunction Printers. - Conduct timely checks and maintenance of all printing equipment. - Identify and resolve any technical issues accurately to ensure optimum operating conditions. - Handle customer issues promptly. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of experience in Multifunction Printers (MFP), preferably in RICOH & FUJIFILM. - Good understanding of hardware and software-related issues of printers.
