Field Service Engineer- Mulitifunctional Printers

As a Service Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Multifunction Printers (MFP), preferably in RICOH & FUJIFILM, you will be responsible for providing onsite technical and customer support. Your duties will include the installation, configuration, key operator training, and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers in the HYD location. Your primary responsibilities will involve setting up and installing new Multifunction Printers, providing routine service and maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning printers, and performing timely checks and maintenance of all printing equipment. You must have a good understanding of all hardware and software-related issues related to printers. Additionally, you will be accountable for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products. It will be your responsibility to accurately identify and resolve any technical issues, maintain optimum operating conditions, and handle customer issues promptly. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule will be a day shift with work location requiring in-person presence.,
