Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out periodic preventive maintenance of elevators as per company standards.
Attend breakdown and emergency service calls, identify faults, and restore elevator operation promptly.
Conduct safety and performance checks during each service visit.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and replace or adjust defective components.
Maintain detailed service reports, work logs, and parts usage records.
Coordinate with the service coordinator/spares department for parts requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
Communicate effectively with customers, building management, and internal teams.
Provide feedback to the service manager on recurring issues or product performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,110.28 per month
