Position Overview

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with Level 2 proficiency in iPhone servicing, specifically in display and battery replacements.

This role involves:

• On-site servicing at customer locations
• Pick-up and delivery of Apple devices across Hyderabad

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering premium service standards in line with the iFix India brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-site iPhone display and battery replacements at customer premises
• Manage the safe collection and delivery of Apple devices between customers and service centers
• Ensure professional, secure, and timely handling of all devices
• Provide courteous and effective customer communication during service interactions
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and transactions
• Collaborate with store managers and logistics teams to optimize routes and operational efficiency

Candidate Requirements

• Proven expertise in Level 2 iPhone servicing (display and battery replacements)
• Strong knowledge of Hyderabad’s localities and traffic patterns
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High standards of responsibility, punctuality, and professional integrity

Work Schedule

• Six-day work week
• Rotational weekly off

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and skillset)
• Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000
