Role & responsibilities Installation and Commissioning of Fette Tablet Compression Machines and performing DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ.Electrical & Mechanical Calibration of Fette Tablet Compression Machines. Attending Machine (Electronics and/or Mechanical) Breakdown Calls and resolving product-related challenges or queries faced by customers. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Tablet Compression Machines (Fault analysis and rectification). Carrying out SLA Activities of Fette Tablet Compression Machines. Execute AMC for various Fette Tablet Compression Machines. Generate an inquiry for Service Products and spare parts during the Service Visits.Provide technical support to sales and end users i.e. customers.Escalate technical issues/customer feedback/customer suggestions to the management team.Organize & Conduct Product trials and Training for customers for the safe and efficient use of machines.Provide Training to customers on basic maintenance and operations of Fette Tablet Compression Machines.Preferred candidate profile A candidate with knowledge of tablet compression machine & having field service experience and / or knowledge of electrical & mechanical maintenance is preferred.
