Role & responsibilities Lead Generation/following up on with customer on existing enquiries/ tracking existing and new Projects/ expansions in designated territory for all product platforms. Engage with prospective and current clients to analyze requirements. Conducting Technical presentations, Discussions, Product Promotion, with key users and influencers at Customers, Plants, R&D, Head offices across all departments for e.g Procurement, development, Tech Transfer, Production, Engineering, R&D. Plan and execute regular visits at customers plants, sites for discussions, explaining the various features advantages and benefits of product to customer and project tracking. Discussions with customers, preparing the Discussions with customers, preparing the User Requirement Specification (URS) and preparing the compliance and deviations accordingly. Facilitated on-site customer interactions for understanding Scope, needs, requirements, budget, competition and configuring suitable technical scope for meeting customer URS. Assisting Sales Head on key accounts with respect to pricing, scope, techno-commercial closures of deal, finalizing the Scope and price negotiation with customer, Competition Mapping. Arranging Customer visits for relationship building, demo, formulation Trials at Fette Goa Lab, Fette Germany Lab depending on case. Optimum Market coverage, Cultivating and maintaining good relations with new and existing customer. MIS, Reporting, Market updates, Competition tracking, adherence to compliance systems of company. Effective use and regular updating of CRM Portal, Weekly reports submission and Daily reporting to Manager. Preferred candidate profile 3+years of experience in sales, preferably in the tablet compression or manufacturing industry.
Role & responsibilities Installation and Commissioning of Fette Tablet Compression Machines and performing DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ. Electrical & Mechanical Calibration of Fette Tablet Compression Machines. Attending Machine (Electronics and/or Mechanical) Breakdown Calls and resolving product-related challenges or queries faced by customers. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Tablet Compression Machines (Fault analysis and rectification). Carrying out SLA Activities of Fette Tablet Compression Machines. Execute AMC for various Fette Tablet Compression Machines. Generate an inquiry for Service Products and spare parts during the Service Visits. Provide technical support to sales and end users i.e. customers. Escalate technical issues/customer feedback/customer suggestions to the management team. Organize & Conduct Product trials and Training for customers for the safe and efficient use of machines. Provide Training to customers on basic maintenance and operations of Fette Tablet Compression Machines. Preferred candidate profile A candidate with knowledge of tablet compression machine & having field service experience and / or knowledge of electrical & mechanical maintenance is preferred.
