Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer at EOS, the world market leader for industrial 3D printing, your role is crucial in supporting our Service Team in India. Your mission includes: - Being part of the implementation team enabling high tech manufacturing in Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing field - Installing equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality as per EOS specifications - Providing basic training to new and existing EOS customers - Offering immediate first-line support for EOS customers - Providing on-site technical assistance for troubleshooting and equipment repair - Delivering remote Technical Support for EOS customers - Performing Preventive Maintenance procedures within scheduled time - Completing and submitting all service documentation accurately and following EOS procedures - Communicating and maintaining service records and field service reports - Managing EOS service tools and spare parts inventory accurately - Ensuring your conduct aligns with the company's goals, values, and health & safety policy Your talents should include: - Being a technically driven and well-presented FSE working well within a professional team and independently at customer sites - Having a process-driven approach to technical problems - Being a certified technician or engineer in electrical and mechanical engineering - Having 1-3 years of experience in servicing high-quality machines - Possessing IT knowledge (PC, MS-Windows, Networks, MS-Office) - Having basic knowledge in pneumatics and CAD - Being meticulous, careful, and able to work independently - Having the ability to handle stress and be flexible, adaptable, and cost-conscious - Exhibiting team spirit, good communication abilities, and professionalism in customer conversations - Willingness to travel mainly within India and occasionally globally - Having good English communication skills, including handling problem situations with customers - Home base location preferably in Bengaluru, India Join us in accelerating the world's transition to Responsible Manufacturing at EOS, where over 1000 sharp minds from about 60 nationalities work towards this goal.
