Field Service Engineer

Travelling to customer place site. Project Installation, commissioning of system, ATP and hand over - CCTV, Fire Alarm system, energy monitoring system and intruder alarm system. Attending and resolving of Service call (IMT/CSR/Customer mails/ breakdown service calls) on daily basis within TAT Attending and resolving of Footage download calls within TAT Attending IPMs (Integrated Preventive Maintenance) as per customer schedule Replacement of SRN materials and sending back to HO Coordination/remote support for BMs/DBMs for any kind of issues in CMS equipments Level-1 coordination/remote support for BMs/DBMs for any kind of issues in CMS equipments. Service call update in tools after call closer. Site uptime and sensor uptime in assigned region. Reduction of service calls by maintaining system healthiness in assigned region. Following all safety measure at site. Tools & Laptop requirement Laptop should be available with candidate and carried to site on daily basis All basic tools should be available and carried to site on daily basis Required necessary software tools should be installed in the laptop Location: Hyderabad,Mumbai,Bangalore,Chennai,Kakinada,Mehasana,Allahabad
