Job Description

As a Sales Officer or Senior Sales Officer at Aquaconnect, your role involves achieving sales targets by engaging with dealers, distributors, and farmers. You will conduct regular field visits to drive product penetration and appoint/manage distributors while ensuring KYC and credit compliance. Generating secondary sales through market visits and dealer interactions will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will need to coordinate with the backend team to ensure timely product delivery. Qualification: - Any Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Aquaculture, Agriculture, Marine Sciences, or a Science degree Desired Skills: - Proven experience in Aquaculture or Agriculture product sales - Strong communication skills in Telugu and working proficiency in English - Good negotiation and relationship-building skills - Willingness to work anywhere in Kakinada and travel to customer locations such as Aqua Ponds & Dealers locations - Self-driven with a valid two-wheeler license and access to a two-wheeler (mandatory) As for the company, Aquaconnect offers benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
