Role Description This is an internship role for a Field Sales Specialist, based on-site in Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, conducting sales presentations, managing sales operations, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. 1. Visit the shops such as grocery store, kirana, chemists, beauty parlour, salon etc. 2. Show them and make them understand the benefits of our skincare products. 3. Get product placed to there store. 4. Coordinating with the backend team via WhatsApp for dispatches and daily reporting 5. Assisting in basic lead follow-ups through WhatsApp or calls Qualifications Strong Communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi) and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Lead Generation Proficient in Sales Operations Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets Excellent organizational and time-management skills High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Other Requirements 1. 2-wheeler (bike/scooty) is mandatory for travel during field visits. 2. Must possess a valid Driving License (DL).
