• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute powerful sales strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of HNI clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with HNI clients, developers, and key stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Negotiation Expertise: Oversee high-value property transactions, ensuring smooth, successful negotiations from start to finish.
• Market Intelligence: Keep a close eye on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, driving growth in the business.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to your sales team, helping them grow professionally and personally.
• Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to craft targeted campaigns that appeal to premium clients, boosting brand presence and engagement.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and streamline your sales pipeline, ensuring maximum efficiency and results.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
