Job Description

We are seeking energetic and motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our Surgical Division in Malappuram District. The role involves promoting surgical products, meeting healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell surgical products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and provide customer support.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Male candidates preferred.
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Malappuram district.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
