Job Purpose:
To develop and manage effectively Sales network to meet business objectives, Roles & Responsibilities:
● Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory.● Identifying business opportunities and mapping of territory to enhance the market share.● Generating leads and maintaining Customer databases through salesapplication.● Setting up meetings with the prospects and understanding their requirements and concerns.● Establishing and developing business associations with channel partners.● Negotiate/close deals by converting the leads to customers.● Maintaining relation with the existing customers.● Ensuring sales target and its timely achievement.● Entry in live sales application about daily retail orders and update in Super stokiest group of WhatsApp.● Participating in promotional events, trade exhibitions.● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data & submit to HOD on time.● Coordinate with retail stores, Hotel, restaurants, canteens, time to time and take updatesabout sales of products which are placed their and what is current status of stock, so that new stock requirement or expiry goods stock can be replaced and selling ratio can be identified. Attend meetings at office!Marketing team will help out where ever needed!
Skills:
● Negotiating skills with Grooming well personality● Relationship management and Android phone uses● Strong in networking and personal vehicle required
Qualification:
● Minimum 12th Pass/ graduate in any stream● Preferred FMCG/ Beverages/ Daily essentials/ any● Experience of minimum 2 years in General Trade/ retailer fieldsales.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
