Field Sales Representative

A medical representative's job is to promote and sell their company's pharmaceutical products and medical equipment to healthcare professionals like doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Key duties include building strong relationships with these professionals, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on medical trends and products. They must effectively communicate product information, benefits, and usage to increase awareness and drive sales. Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell products: Introduce and sell medicines, drugs, and medical equipment to healthcare providers.
• Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff.
• Provide information: Present product information, including benefits, usage, and dosage, in a clear and persuasive way.
• Meet sales targets: Work to achieve specific sales goals set by the company.
• Stay informed: Continuously learn about new products, medical advancements, and competitor activities.
• Market research: Conduct research to understand the needs of healthcare professionals and to analyze product performance.
• Administrative tasks: Maintain detailed records of sales, appointments, and customer interactions. This also includes writing reports.
• Attend events: Participate in and organize trade shows, conferences, and other meetings to represent the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
