Field Sales Representative

You will be working as a Field Executive at Kess Global, a prominent supplier of premium hotel and hospital linen products in India. Your primary responsibility will involve visiting hotels, guest houses, and hospitals to showcase our range of products and secure orders. It is essential to possess energy and confidence to excel in this role. Your main duties will include visiting various establishments in your designated area, presenting product samples, elucidating our offerings such as bedsheets, towels, uniforms, etc., taking orders, and nurturing client relationships. Additionally, you will be required to communicate client feedback effectively to the office team, achieve sales targets, and contribute towards the expansion of the business. Ideally, we are seeking individuals who have completed their 12th grade or graduation, possess a two-wheeler and smartphone, exhibit basic proficiency in Hindi and the local language (proficiency in English is advantageous), and demonstrate honesty, diligence, and a readiness to travel. While prior sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The compensation package includes a fixed salary along with a travel allowance, complemented by an appealing incentive structure tied to sales performance, the specifics of which will be elaborated during the interview process.
