Job Title: Business Development Manager – Individual Contributor

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to engage with top management of Fortune 500 companies and leading corporates. This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for driving business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering impactful sales presentations. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporates.
• Deliver compelling and professional presentations on credit card sales and promotions.
• Identify opportunities to drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
• Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to work in field environments.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)
