Field Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:
• Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Approach new prospects to promote and sell products or services.
• Sales Visits and Presentations:
• Visit existing and prospective customers to present products and services.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Sales Targets:
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Order Processing:
• Collect orders from customers and coordinate with internal teams for processing and delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of orders and sales.
• Market Research and Reporting:
• Collect feedback and market intelligence during field visits.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and results.
• Promotional Activities:
• Participate in product promotions, campaigns, and trade shows.
• Distribute promotional materials and samples to generate leads.
• Territory Management:
• Plan and manage a specific geographical area or customer segment.
• Regularly update customer databases and territory maps.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales managers, marketing, and support teams.
• Provide insights from the field to improve offerings and service.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Educate customers about product specifications, usage, and benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
