Field Sales Representative

We are seeking two motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team and drive sales within the furniture and interior design sector. This role involves managing existing dealer relationships and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Visits

: Regularly visit a portfolio of assigned and prospective dealers, retailers, and interior design firms to present products, strengthen relationships, and secure orders.

Sales Generation

: Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective negotiation and closing deals.

Product Knowledge

: Develop a strong, basic understanding of our furniture and interior product lines to effectively communicate features, benefits, and specifications to clients.

Market Feedback:

Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to the management team.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:Experience

: 13 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, building materials, or a related industry.

:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM software).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for travel).
  

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range

: ?25,000 ?30,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
