Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Oshiwara, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift | In-Person

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect and engage with real estate developers to onboard their projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Align developer needs with our offerings and ensure successful project onboarding.
• Negotiate terms and close deals that drive value for both parties.
• Consistently meet or exceed business development targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Real Estate Industry Experience: Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem.
• Developer Network: Pre-existing relationships or ability to build meaningful connections.
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Confident, persuasive, and able to close deals effectively.
• Self-Driven: Proactive approach with a passion for achieving results.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience:
• Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
• Total Work: 1 year (preferred)
• Language: Proficiency in English is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
