Field Sales Representative - Dental

As a Sales and Marketing Representative specializing in dental sales, your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and expand business opportunities through direct interactions with various stakeholders in the dental industry. This will involve visiting dental clinics, dental colleges, hospitals, and wholesale distributors to generate leads, make sales, and provide product education. Cold calling will also be a crucial part of your lead generation activities. Travelling for sales purposes will be essential in order to maximize sales revenue and drive profitable growth. Your key duties will include driving sales growth by selling dental products to existing accounts and prospect clients, achieving new business targets by proactively identifying and converting potential accounts, and representing the company at different customer events, including regional events and national trade shows. Additionally, you will be expected to utilize sales tools such as CRM to plan and assess sales activities against the current customer base and potential clients in your territory. Daily meetings with prospective clients will also be a part of your routine to establish and manage client relationships effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of 3-5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in pharma, medical, or dental sales. Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential, along with a history of surpassing sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients. While knowledge of dental products and equipment is preferred, it is not mandatory. Being self-driven, motivated to achieve sales goals, and comfortable with frequent travel are key attributes for this position. Additionally, having your own vehicle is a requirement. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring at least 3 years of experience in dental, medical, or pharma sales.
