Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Field Executive to join our team at Anvay Maritime Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our maritime training courses, generating admissions, and building strong relationships with prospective students, colleges, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the institute’s courses to students, parents, and educational consultants through field visits.
• Visit colleges, educational fairs, coaching centers, and other institutions to create awareness about merchant navy career opportunities.
• Generate leads through field activities and convert them into admissions.
• Conduct presentations and counseling sessions about maritime careers and courses.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential students and parents.
• Distribute promotional materials and ensure visibility in targeted areas.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
• Report daily field activities and updates to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
• Ability to travel extensively within Navi Mumbai and nearby areas.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of maritime education and training (preferred, but not mandatory).
