Key Responsibilities

• Visit and connect directly with farmers, retailers, and agri-shops in assigned territories.
• Demonstrate and promote the company’s product kits (fertilizer, bio-fertilizer, pesticide, etc.) with practical benefits.
• Conduct field trials and educate farmers on product usage and benefits.
• Generate leads through village visits, farmer meetings, and demo events.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely order booking.
• Maintain customer relationships and after-sales service.
• Provide daily reporting on sales, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with the area manager and contribute to the local growth plan.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in Agriculture or related field preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates (1–3 years) in agri-input sales are welcome.
• Basic understanding of fertilizers, pesticides, and farming practices.
• Passion for fieldwork and rural engagement.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Motorcycle with valid license (mandatory).
