Job Title: Field Sales Operations Executive / Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time Location: Bhatar Experience Required: 2+ years in field sales operations or team supervision Before Applying read properly Job Description Job Description: We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Field Sales Operations Executive / Supervisor to manage and monitor a team of 20–50 field sales representatives. If you have strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of field operations, and are comfortable with data reporting tools, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities of 20–50 field sales reps and ensure they follow market visit schedules. Track GPS check-in/out times, visit durations, and ensure timely outlet visits using a mobile app. Maintain accurate attendance and availability records based on visit logs. Compile and analyze daily/weekly reports using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Communicate with field teams and management via WhatsApp, Email, and ensure timely updates. Monitor mobile app usage, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate with technical support. Preferred Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, team coordination, or MIS. Proficiency in MS Excel and handling structured field data. Experience working with field sales tracking apps and GPS tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with daily reporting, CRM tools, and team performance monitoring.
